Vivo X23 Symphony Edition (Vivo V1816A): Hardware Specifications Revealed
The Vivo X23 Symphony Edition smartphone is very similar to that of the Vivo X23. It even has the same screen and display resolution. The Symphony Edition features a 6.41-inch AMOLED screen and a display resolution of2340x1080 pixels and aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The device even has the same teardrop notch as the Vivo X23. The main difference in appearance seems to be the colour of the back panel of the phone. The rear-camera placement, as well as the front camera, are in the same position as on the Vivo X23. If so, is the colour the only differentiating factor?
While one would like to think so, unfortunately, it isn’t! The Symphony Edition is driven by the Snapdragon 660 SoC instead of the Snapdragon 670 as seen on the Vivo X23 smartphone. Coupled with this are 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Fortunately, if this amount of storage isn’t enough, the device supports storage expansion via microSD card. In the camera department, the device has a dual-rear camera setup of 12MP + 13MP and a front facing camera of 24.8MP. It appears that this variant has an upgraded front-facing camera over the Vivo X23 device. The device is equipped with a 3,400mAh battery and runs on FunTouch OS UI which is based on Android Oreo 8.1.
